Frequently Asked Questions

  • For pickup orders, there is no minimum order size. For delivery, there is a $150 minimum.

  • For online orders, please order at least 24 hours in advance for delivery. For same-day orders, we require at least 3 hours notice for pickups, though we cannot guarantee same-day fulfillment.

  • Yes, you can make changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. To make a change, please contact us at catering@tsochinese.com with your requested changes. 

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  

  • Yes, we have a 15% delivery fee of the order total. 

  • We deliver daily from 10:15am – 8:00pm. There are a few days during the year we are closed, however, and cannot deliver: Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

  • We deliver within a 15-mile radius of any Tso Chinese location. Find a location near you here.

  • Absolutely! Orders can be picked up at any of our locations (make sure you select the correct one when you place the order!) between 10:15am and 9:00pm.

  • Tso Chinese has five locations around Austin, Texas.

  • Tso Chinese does not accept gratuity, as our team and drivers are paid competitive, living wages.

  • Yes! Tso Chinese proudly offers catering for weddings. For larger orders, we kindly request that orders and the full payment are completed at least one week prior to the event.

    We can provide convenient drop-off catering and can include warming chafing sets with your order to ensure everything stays hot and ready to serve on your special day.

  • Tso Chinese provides serving utensils with each order, while flatware utensils and plates are provided upon purchase with your catering order.

  • Tso Chinese offers drop-off catering only, delivering fresh, ready-to-serve food. Warming chafing sets are available upon request to keep everything hot and hassle-free.
